Classes have started back up this month bringing a new crop of students in the printshop. And same as last year, the introduction to relief print class has been inspiring me to do some relief. Been on the fence about actually doing some, as my ideas have been leaning towards more simplified and minimalist aesthetic lately. Which is why I’m glad I stumbled upon a few really nice wood block prints by Albers. These are more in my direction right now.
